A roof is just the beginning

In 1968, during a time of social and economic uncertainty, a group of concerned citizens came together with the belief that attractive, affordable housing is the cornerstone of sustainable communities. 54 years later, EAH Housing still believes that social change is achieved by creating housing opportunities that are not limited to factors like income or ethnic background.

Today, EAH Housing is proud to serve more than 25,000 low-income families, seniors, veterans, formerly unhoused individuals, transitional age youth (TAY), those with disabilities and more, across both California and Hawai'i. We currently operate 230 properties across 23 counties and are looking to extend our reach of affordable housing and resident services within the upcoming years- but we need your help!
